Why the annual plan is the obvious choice
It covers your full site build plus a whole year of hosting, domain, support and tweaks, and includes one free add-on, for less than Handover and far less hassle than monthly. After year one it renews at £399 a year. If you'd rather spread the cost, the monthly plan stays available.
Add-on menu
One add-on is included free with Build, Host & Manage: Annual. Everything else is billed separately for Build & Handover clients or Build & Managed clients past their monthly tweak quota.
Once you're live
Google Business Profile management: £59 a month
Monthly posts, review monitoring, photo updates, and a monthly performance summary. Most UK providers charge £150 to £500 a month for this. We offer it to clients once the site is live and working.
Questions, answered
- Who owns the domain?
- You do, always! Registered in your name from day one. We just manage it while you're a client.
- What happens if I go over my 2 tweaks a month?
- Extra requests are billed from the add-on menu, or at £40/hour for anything bigger.
- Do I own the code?
- On Build & Handover, yes, immediately. On Build & Managed, we host it while you're a client. If you ever leave, we hand it over to you.
- How does payment work?
- A deposit to start the build, balance due when you approve the design, before we go live. Annual plans are paid upfront; monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
- What if I want to cancel Build & Managed?
- Cancel anytime. Your domain stays yours; the hosted site comes down unless you migrate it elsewhere. All we need is 30 days' notice. Annual plans renew at £399/year and you can stop the renewal at any point.
- Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
- Yes. Build, Host & Manage: Annual is £899 for the first year (build + hosting, domain and support) and renews at £399 a year after. That's the best deal if you can pay upfront.
- What's the free add-on on the annual plan?
- One item from the add-on menu is included free with Build, Host & Manage: Annual. Most people pick the Google review widget or an extra service-area page.
