Terms & Conditions

FoundOnSite builds, hosts and manages websites for UK home service trades. For these terms, "we", "us" and "FoundOnSite" mean the business providing the service, and "you" means the person or business buying it.

We offer three main packages:

• Build, Host & Manage: Annual: from £899 for the first year, then £399 a year. Includes a full site build, one year of hosting, domain management, support, two small tweaks a month, and one free add-on from our add-on menu.
• Build & Managed: Monthly: from £499 to build, then £39 a month for hosting, updates and support for as long as you remain a client.
• Build & Handover: from £699 one-off; we build the site and hand it over for you to host and run yourself.

Add-ons such as Google Business Profile management and content updates are charged separately and described on our pricing page.

All prices are in pounds sterling. A small deposit is due before we start work; the balance is due when you approve the design. Annual plans are paid upfront; managed monthly fees are billed in advance and paid by card or direct debit. If a payment is more than 7 days late we may pause your managed service until it is settled.

To build your site we need accurate information from you: your trade, service areas, contact details, photos you own or have permission to use, and any logos or branding. If you can't supply something we'll help you get it, but delays caused by missing content may push back your go-live date.

On Build & Handover, you own the finished site and we hand it over immediately. On Build & Managed or Build, Host & Manage: Annual, we host and look after the site while you're a client; if you ever leave, we export it to you so you keep it.

Your domain name is registered in your name from day one and stays yours whether or not you stay with us.

Managed plans cancel anytime: just give us 30 days' notice. Your domain stays yours; the hosted site comes down at the end of the notice period unless you migrate it elsewhere. Annual plans renew at £399 a year after the first year. You can stop the renewal at any point; annual fees paid in advance are non-refundable for months already used.

Because website builds are custom work started on receipt of your deposit, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund your deposit in full. If you're unhappy with a managed month, tell us within 14 days and we'll look at it with you.

We aim for sites that work well and load fast. We're not responsible for things outside our control: outages at your hosting or domain provider, third-party tool failures, or content you publish after handover. Our liability for any single issue is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 3 months.

You agree your site won't be used for anything illegal, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse to publish or may remove content that breaks this, and we'll tell you why.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll tell active clients by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
